Heterogeneity in Schools and Classrooms

The focus topic "Heterogeneity in Schools and Classrooms - The Rhine-Ruhr Region as a Research Laboratory" bundles research from different disciplines to examine the central social issue of the future, social heterogeneity, in the context of different educational fields. In recent years, there has been an increased national and international focus on the inequality of educational opportunities and educational success of different social groups. The Rhine-Ruhr region is an excellent research laboratory for this topic due to its special population structure.
